Bread is one of the most basic and essential foods a family can receive.
Through our Bread for Gaza campaign, we're helping keep a local bakery operating so fresh bread can continue being produced, packed and distributed to families who need it.Each day, the bakery has the capacity to process approximately one tonne of flour, producing around 1,500 bread packs.
Each pack contains 10 loaves of bread.
That means a full day of bakery operations can help produce approximately 15,000 loaves.

Running the bakery requires much more than flour.
